Prior to this, Baygum Jan Khanum had settled with her two sons, Haji Sayyid Muhammad and Haji Sayyid Abu al-Qasim, over her share of inheritance from her late husband, Haji Mir Kazim, and also over her share of inheritance from Haji Mir Hasan. Haji Mahdi Aqa the merchant from Salmas, the son of Haji ‘Abd al-Karim the merchant, has assigned his nephew, Haji Mirza Aqa Muhammad Riza the merchant, as the executor of his will and Haji ‘Ali Aqa the merchant as the overseer. They are responsible for paying his debts and determining one-third of his belongings to be spent on the religious expenses of his will.
